Cost - I had a quote of $285, your company was $750.00 big difference,

I was impressed by the staff member who came to my house. Prompt and on time. Estimate was fast. I asked for a change through the system it was emailed to me and I received no response. This is where my opinion started to change. I then received a text from company and I asked for the change of the estimate. The staff member called me and verbally gave me a change of the estimate. Seemed to be on the fly with the pricing of the estimate. It would have liked to receive the estimate back the same way I received the first estimate.
I am waiting on one more estimate to make my decision on what company I use.
