The representative understands what I want
Your customer service is severely lacking. When I booked the consult I was told it would take 90 minutes, and put it on my calendar as such. In writing, both the email and text confirming said appointment said AT 11:30. Then when I called at 11:45, the person on the phone told me it was a window and that my person was almost there. She was rude and hung up as I tried to ask clarifying questions. Again, there was no mention of a window in either the text or email. Then I got a call at 1:15, 15 minutes after that 90 minute window expired, that somehow my appointment hadn't been on Tony's calendar at all, which is why he missed it. So either he lied or she did, since she said he was almost to my house at 11:45. I'm not rescheduling my consult because I don't trust that the work will be done with good communication, respect towards my home and family, or in a timely manner.
Down payment is not feasible at the moment

I do see the Woodland trucks around working in nearby neighborhoods.
Its cost was too high. The warranty was weak.

Thank you for standing behind your work and coming out to fix a minor glitch in the shower faucet you installed back in the spring. Your friendly representative arrived on time and completed the work promptly. I will always check with Beltway Builders first before having any work done around the house.
Cost could not afford.
There was no engine, or yeah we can do it, it was more like ok ok I hear you, but I’ll get back when I feel like it, never sent me any quotes about how much or if they could do it or not, but I have someone else doing my project for me.
The scripture verses I have always seen on the outside of your building. I told myself I like what they stand for and will use their services when I'm ready to change my door.

I was made to confirm an appointment for 8:30 on Saturday which I did. I know I had a scheduled DR’s appointment at 9:30 so 8:30 was fine with me but at about 8:40, I received a phone call saying that she was on her way to my house which I strongly declined. She told me that it was from 8am until 12noon but it did not say in the appointment that I confirmed.
