Quality materials and quality install!
Communication
Constantly during the home visit, the account representative was fielding calls from other current and potential customers. This gave me the feeling that my business was not very important as I had to wait for those conversations to end to continue my conversation. This essentially made whatever he had to say obsolete. I will not be revisiting your company for any service.
The representative was punctual and professional and explained everything in great detail!
Josh was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to meet with!
Howard always listens it my ideas and enhances with his valuable input. Any time I need something done, Howard is the first one I think to call.
I have not tried the product but getting an appointment was easy and the consultant came out on time.
We plan on coming to your showroom April 2 to see, feel and work the windows that Ryan quoted. I'm sure we will sign a contract with you. Ryan was great. No hard sell. He first looked at our windows and then recommended a couple solutions -- both of which he quoted. We had another company out the week before who spent an hour convincing us that their product was best -- before even looking at our windows. We also like that Woodland knows WOOD. You are willing to finish the inside to our color choices in your facility before installing the windows in our home. Ryan quoted Marvin windows which we know is a good brand. We thought Marvin would be too expensive, but your quote was very competitive.

The person stopped by to look and evaluate my job. He said he would get back to me with an estimate. I have not heard or seen any correspondence to update me on what is going on with my request. I feel that if you can not provide me service for any reason, let me know so I am not waiting around. If you can not handle or don’t want my job I would appreciate someone letting me know.

Salesman arrived on time which was great for a Saturday morning. We all have many things to do with weather turning. I received the quote and was surprised as off the cost.
