Price was way too high
Still waiting on estimate to extend the deck 10x 10, replacement of existing deck 10x17, floor boards and addition of new vinyl railing.
I've had no contact with Allied Restoration through today 7/2/20
I was very excited to have Woodland (a company I've been hearing for years on Moody Radio) come out and give me a quote. I liked the idea of supporting a Christian company.
Sales rep was great in person. But no quote ever showed up. I called him back, no reply. I emailed him, no reply. I called the main office three weeks later and then the rep sent a quote. I immediately replied with just one question... and as of this writing still no reply.
I get it, not every job is worth it... but if you don't want to bid something just say so. I would think $12K for 3 doors and 1 window would be a good job. But I can't say for sure as it isn't my industry.
Or, if you think I'll be a bad/difficult customer figure out a way get rid of be besides not returning my calls/e-mails.

I was told the salesman would wear a mask (due to covid). I have health issues that makes it more dangerous for me if I were to contract covid. He wore his mask on his sleeve. Disappointed and I wore my mask the entire time and mentioned I had underlying health issues.
We are still evaluating our needs and exploring other companies.
