They were extremely unprofessional. I initially got a text from the company asking when someone could stop by for a free estimate and after we both confirmed a date and time, I texted the same day to make sure the appointment was set up. They texted me back that they have been calling me to set up an appointment and I was a little confused so I called the office. The lady who answered was very rude and indicated that I did not have an appointment and they have been trying to reach me. After I explained the text, she finally read all of it and apologize saying that she can get someone over my house the same day around 3 and I was excited to finally get someone over my house to get a free estimate for power washing. Of course 3 and 4:30 came and no one showed up so I called the office again and this time someone else answered very unprofessional with just a “hello” no business name and I explained why I was calling and she stated “please hold I do not know why they keep sending phone calls back here” I was on line for 4 minutes and hung up. I received a call around 5 PM from a person who represent the company and he had no idea who I was or where I lived indicating he just go the job 30 minutes ago and he could be at my house around 7 PM. At this point I no longer needed their service and decided not to continue with them. A very horrible unprofessional company and I would not recommend them to anyone!

Yes, I do. You can google the average cost of a closet door replacement and mine is Nowhere near the $1000.00 mark!!
This is not the first time I’ve gotten a ridiculously, outrageous, overwhelmingly, overpriced estimate from you.
