Looking for an estimate of the rebuild before we commit to mitigation
Your estimator was a no show for my scheduled estimate appointment. No follow up regarding rescheduling, other than this customer dissatisfaction survey. Thanks for demonstrating Beltway Builders unreliability up front, probably saved me some time and frustration down the road.
We didn't anticipate the cost, we figured 10K and quote was over 17K

Their estimate to power wash my 1600 sq ft house with vinyl siding was $3,000. I asked him if he’s serious and he said yes and I said good bye. He would have been smarter to say he was not interested in my job. Very disappointed in this company.

They were extremely unprofessional. I initially got a text from the company asking when someone could stop by for a free estimate and after we both confirmed a date and time, I texted the same day to make sure the appointment was set up. They texted me back that they have been calling me to set up an appointment and I was a little confused so I called the office. The lady who answered was very rude and indicated that I did not have an appointment and they have been trying to reach me. After I explained the text, she finally read all of it and apologize saying that she can get someone over my house the same day around 3 and I was excited to finally get someone over my house to get a free estimate for power washing. Of course 3 and 4:30 came and no one showed up so I called the office again and this time someone else answered very unprofessional with just a “hello” no business name and I explained why I was calling and she stated “please hold I do not know why they keep sending phone calls back here” I was on line for 4 minutes and hung up. I received a call around 5 PM from a person who represent the company and he had no idea who I was or where I lived indicating he just go the job 30 minutes ago and he could be at my house around 7 PM. At this point I no longer needed their service and decided not to continue with them. A very horrible unprofessional company and I would not recommend them to anyone!

Chris Robinson came over but never emailed me an estimate on the work I need completed.
I wanted to have a 4×7 concrete pad repaired. It had a sizable hole in it that needed to be patched, a corner that had broken off repaired and the whole pad resurfaced. His quote was $1200 and I asked why it was so high? (4x higher than my other quotes) I was told by your estimator that you guarantee your work, the job was actually too small and the only way you would do it is to overcharge me for it. He told me that you only take on large jobs because you are such a big company and that I should look elsewhere. He said if I ever need future remodeling work done that I should call back. I will definitely not be doing that, and receiving an inflated quote by your big company.
