Quick response to questions concerning project.
More pricey than anticipated
I never received my quote.
I appreciate your coming out to give an estimate on replacing a front porch post. We have, however, decided to use a different company. Your estimate was significantly higher priced in comparison to the others we received.

I found another patio door option for our home that was thousands less that what your sales person offered us.

This price was exponentially higher than any other quote, which seemed unreasonable to us. The overall impression was that we specifically were not given a fair cost for services, especially as compared to our neighbors. We never actually recieved the written quote from the representative that walk the property, we only recieved a verbal quote.
I was very clear on the timeframe I was looking to get repairs. I was told 6 weeks before start.
As well as your representative was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Free estimates
I have a simple project to refinish my front door. Every other contractor was able to provide a quote with a pic of the front door. This contractor insisted that you be present which I suspect is because they wanted to up sell me.
Price was very high.

I was told by the sales person the project would begin in August. Then the scheduling person sent an e-mail and stated the project would be done in October. Big discrepancy. Then I called for a clarification and there seems to be some confusion as to which market (Seattle VS Portland) is in charge of my project and I received no call back. I just want clarification.
Glen came out to review the scope of the project. He was thorough. I am waiting for the estimate.
Price to refinish floors was 3x other companies.
Prompt service! The project manager was polite and gave a fair estimate to repair the damage to my home.
I I believe the estimate for the job was priced way out of proportion!

Didn't show for scheduled appointment
Bill Mitchell, who came out to give the estimate, was just perfect. He was on-time and totally professional. He took time to ask about our goals. He was careful to do a throrough survey and to evaluate our property. He discussed our options. He was excellent.
The office staff - who setup the initial appointment, were also very professional and efficient.
Broken schedule promises
