I did not received any quote for my project
Left voice message with your estimator requesting clarification of estimate proposal. No reply in over a day. Proposal costs appear to be time sensitive. Not interested in a contract where the terms are vague. If you don’t want my business, just say so and save us all some time.
The customer service was exceptional at the time of communication.
I liked the professionalism of the evaluator.
The contractor that came out said he would not recommend repair of my steps, Really! but a total demolition and rebuilding of my steps. The cost was way over the top $10,000. Noway

The communication was terrible. No return calls. No follow up. Would not use or recommend. The attitude on the phone when I did speak to someone was as though I was a bother.
She was very friendly and professional! We would have loved to work with her but the price was significantly higher than other estimates we received. However, her customer rapport was awesome and we were very pleased with her visit during the estimate.
Never was provided a local MasterShield installation that I could inspect prior to finalizing my decision.
They never called to cancel the appointment , and they did not show up.
Sliding door was more expensive than we thought it might be. We need to shop around. Thank you so much!!!
I accepted quote from Beltway Builders and cancelled appt for Allied to come out on a small job. they made the appointment first. No negative on Allied.

Billy did a great job to produce an affordable estimate, one that meets our needs but is also within reach.
The professional customer service is what impressed me. Along with explaining the problems and giving me options
I don’t think there was sufficient consideration of the force of water down the valleys on the roof ie. the rain water pouring over the micomesh, and the installing of valley controller system would add considerable more cost to the project. It’s not clear how following the roof pitch and the hydrovortex action and siphoning properties of interlocking panels would actually take care of the volume of water pouring down thre valleys. I was also expecting that the master shield could be installed on the existing gutter rather then installing new gutters.
Rep didn’t appear interested with meeting with us. Didn’t discuss design options or possible layouts. Took about two measurements and threw out a quote of 55k to 60k.
He was super friendly and it was such a relief to speak to someone who actually knew what they were talking about. We’ve spoken to a few companies and we’re by far the most impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

No. The guy was fine. The estimate was more than expected so I have decided not to do this project.
How they cleaned up after themselves and wrapped the door, so no water would get behind it.
Asked for a quote for replacement of back doors and was given, what i felt, was a inflated number, $10k.
Additionally quote wasn't itemized to even suggest a justification of the price.
