very informative
I understand that things happen, but the day of my appointment there was a cancelation by the project officer within minutes of the appointment.
It was subsequently rescheduled, but to date I have not received a quote. So, I am not sure how to proceed.
I was told they did not have anyone in the area to cone by at inspect/quote job after they rescheduled. Not reliable.
Dave was very polite & professional. He was very knowledgeable about roofing. I am not able to continue with your company as the quote is over my budget. I appreciate Dave's time. Thank you.

I haven't heard anything since the initial visit for estimates.
Price was within market; However, competition did a better inspection. Going up on the roof and my attic. Discovering that I have a foot length hold that can be repaired for under a thousand.
Price higher than others. Around 6 thousand; Also, your competition actually climb up on the roof and went into my Attic to do a better inspection
We are in the exploratory stage and just trying to figure out what we want to do, when we want to do it and how much we can afford.

The technician who came out to give an estimate quoted me double the price than 4 other companies I spoke with.
I felt as if I was estimated a higher price than the job was worth.
The technician was friendly but spent about 5 minutes at my house and didn’t try to explain anything to me. He stated he was going to send me an email with the quote but never did.
I wasn’t satisfied with the service.

An estimator was supposed to visit me on Tuesday Aug. 11th. I did not get a call inquiring about rescheduling, nor the the estimator show up.
Project Mgr. Chris Robinson visited on Aug. 10th for estimate. As of Aug. 14th.no estimate.I believe the cause was Beltway Builders was here prior.Was not difficult to link both companies under the same corporate umbrella. There was no call to explain the mix up. I could even have accepted a well crafted lie. But not to have any contact at all, well that was just rude. No need to contact me. Nothing can make this right.
Your pricing , I need to do more competitive shopping to get a gauge on your industries average pricing! Thank you for the estimate, if I learn that you’re average to lower than I will contact you.

Bob cacncel his appt and no one called back for another appt I sent pictures of inpection so I will report to homeadvisor and the BBB of such poor pdofessionalism
After learning I wasn't interested in buying a new door to replace my existing door that simply needed to be re-anchored to external supports, repairman seemed disinterested in a job estimated to cost $350 and left rather hurriedly.
