Dave was very nice and worked with me to suggest solutions to the water coming into my basement. He postpone the work until I wS able to get the situation fixed. He returned and assess the damage and continued the contract with any necessary

Had appointment for estimate yesterday. Guy called 10 minutes before appointment and rescheduled for today. Didn’t show up today. Didn’t seem interested in painting my laundry room.I have a small job. I didn’t call you. You called me. Not interested in using your company now or in the future.
Yes, the estimate came out to be more than I was willing to pay for the requested work.
I am still getting estimates and looking at options. Your company is definitely one that I am seriously considering for the kitchen remodeling.
Price was almost double other estimates.
There was no discussion about the details like gutters, downspouts, awnings, railings, color. Felt like I was pulling teeth to have a discussion about the project.
Was not a pleasant experience as with the other contractors.
No basis of estimate given; other than a quote given at $2,200; which was twice as much as the two other Contractor quotes I received; which even then I thought were high.
I will not be using this company for my services. My property was not accurately assessed.

They came to look at the project, but I have yet to receive an estimate. It was promised the following day.
Presently, I am not seeing the value for the cost. Gabriel was very thorough and complete. He knows the product well.

Quote I was given was very expensive; replacement of gutters would have been unnecessary. I had gutters and downspouts cleaned and overhanging branches cut back for under $100.
It was just a site visit for a proposal. Can’t really rate that.
I needed more details about how much the materials and labor would cost not just an flat cost.
The quote was to expense
Quoted 1 price, and signed a contract. Then after waiting 3 weeks it took 3 days to find out what the heck was going on. You sent a second person out and he jacked the price up by 1000.
