I never heard back after emailing that since my home warranty deductible was so high I could not afford $2500 to replace my door frame. I asked if it could be repaired instead but never got a response.

Yes. On my initial conversation with the Beltway Builder"s office, I confirmed a visit for Sept. 11th between 10 am - 11:30 Am. On or about August 27th, I received a call indicating the service person would be arriving that day. I reminded them of my appointment was for 9/11/20 at 10 am. On 9/11/20 I waited until 2 pm. and then took a nap.
At 2;41 pm I received a call that the person was near the airport, was running late, would be 30-45 minutes later, and that the company was backed up with work about 2-3 weeks.
At first I agreed to 30 minutes but then it became 45 minutes. I decided to rescheduled an appointment .
We never recieved an estimate. The salesman took our information and never emailed us our quote like he said. Im a man that takes people for their word. Will not work with this company.
Since it was the initial contact, we are evaluating it along with other folks to see who may be the chosen one.
The job hadn’t been contracted nor performed.
Price too high. I got another estimate that was $5000 less for GAF architectural roof and Alside cedar shake Siding.
I like the product and Woodland's ability to customize finishes. It is a huge pluss. However, it is kind of a pain getting pricing information. We knew going into it that our sales person had some vacation time, but I am surprised at how nothing pricing related can be done in the actual store. It makes no sense. No one can answer the question, "If we swap out glass A with glass B, how does the price change?" It is worse than buying a car.
Nothing! Told me my siding would be reattached in 2 days.. Instead an estimator came out.. Would be 3 more weeks and $1200! Will be telling everyone I know about your bait and switch
The price I was given to paint my kitchen cabinets was shockingly high. For the price to get them painted I can go to Ikea and buyall brand new cabinets. Very upsetting
The contractor/inspector was very rude. He requested a form that I was supposed to be given from my Insurance company. I was never given a form. My Insurance Agent asked that I get a quote and send it to him. I explained this and the Contractor/Inspector insinuated that I would pocket the money and pay less????? He proceeds to go through his phone to educate me on what my Insurance company should be doing. Even when I tried to explain, my insurance company told me to contact the company, this man acted as if I was not being truthful. He said he could not give me a proposal/ write up without the form from my nsurance company. I contacted this company to make them aware of my experience, and cancelled my appt for other services that would have potentially taken place as I am dealing with a major plumbing issue. Very dissatisfied with the customer service
Clueless!
Your product is not worth the exorbitant price you charge. I was put off by the estimator's comment about military service discount as he said "I'll give it to you since someone in your family somewhere must be military." My husband, my father, my uncle, my cousin just to name a few selfless individuals who have served. His comment seemed dismissive and disrespectful.
I was given prompt and friendly service from your representative and he was informative and knowledgeable.
Everything was left all over the place and they knew my husband and I were unable to move it and were not going to replace the carpet right away. The tile floor is really muddy and dirty and it had stuff piled by the furnace and water heater and I have inspections by the fire marshall. I would have gotten in a lot of trouble for that. The big freezer was blocked and they were so nice so I gave them all 10s on the review and I did not go down for days. I have cancer and am doing chemo and I don't have the energy to take care of this so I guess i will call family in to help. I was so disappointed because they had my total trust. That is why i filled the paper out without looking at it. Each job you do reflects on you and this is not a good one. They were good decent people who did not realize what a mess they left me. For the amount of money you were paid, a lot was left undone.
