Prices are severely unreasonable. Lowes offered to do the project for 1/3 the price (pickup of products, product, installation).

Friendly staff that works to make your vision a reality
The estimator didnt come with a pad or pencil. Didnt take any notes. He took no measurements and suggested to wrap the rotten wood. When I stated that I wanted it removed, he then stated it would be better off to replace. I never heard back with a proposal as he said I would get it within 48 hours
We love your selections and our Rep Mr. Mariotti was very personable and informative and helped us with some custom ideas that we wanted.
Your employee called me and he was at wrong address and when I told him that he became very angry and said thats the address that he had and when I said I'm sorry that's not the right house he said I'm not stupid and I gave him the right address and he didn't show up at the property. So I guess I can't use your company if your employee is hard to deal with.

I've received conflicting estimates from two separate representatives of this company (Joe and Dave) that differ by THOUSANDS of dollars for an identical job. I also found Dave to be rather rude and unprofessional. I've owned multiple properties and have dealt with many companies and contractors past and present. Dave was more interested in inflating the estimate previously issued by Joe (by at least a 100%) and two other professsional deck builders. Do yourselves a favor, next time send someone who's more tactful and fair minded.
Way too expensive I can't afford
The estimate was to high.
The man who came to do our estimate barely looked at the room that we need painted. He only actually entered the bathroom that needs to be painted because i told him to go into the bathroom to look at the job that we need done. He asked us over and over again if we wanted the ceiling painted or just the walls. He had a hard time getting up the stairs in our home (he's an older man, we are sensitive to that). We asked him to take a look at our powder room and give an estimate for that room to be painted as well. Again, he barely looked at the room. His estimates were sky high and we had zero confide confidence in this company. He tried to sell the labor day sale, but we don't just sign on the dotted line, we think things through. Anyway, as he was leaving, he was walking towards the front door and started swaying, like he was losing his balance. He got to the front door and we watched him walk carefully down the 1 step on our porch and he stayed again. I'm convinced that he was drunk. Worst estimate ever.

The estimate was 3 times higher than other contractors.
The new fence project was too expensive and the representative did not give price for restoration of existing fence. So, I asked why do you have restoration in your name. Just ridiculous.

Representative didn't show up. My appointment window was from 4:30-5pm. He had the office call me at 6pm asking if he could reschedule. Just call and let me know you wont be on time before the delivery window os up, not after. Hate this company!
It took 5 phone calls and 3 appointments for Beltway to tell me that they don't service my area.
