First the guy was very knowledgeable and noticed the promblem right away. The price was a bit to high for me. Wish we could negotiate on the price. Thank you very much š
Greatly appreciated the estimate for painting approx 800 sq ft of exterior wall on my hone (of $5600k - $6600k depending on when a contract is signed to do the work).
Due to the cost, I decided to obtain three additional estimates. And, Beltway Builders estimate was 5 to 6 times more than the three other estimates received. (all were in the same range).
I was dismayed with the astronomical difference, so, therefore, I have decided not to pursue a contract.

I had an appointment to get an estimate on 9/18/20. I was told that I would receive the quote by email later that evening. I still haven't received the quote even after contacting the lady that came out to my home for the estimate.
Price estimate.
First when your salesperson came and saw that I had aluminum side he said "we don't paint aluminum siding." When I spoke to the receptionist that call, I told her what I needed done. Your salesman was no longer interested after i said what i wanted done.

The estimator had a travel time between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM and still couldn't get to my location on time. I can only imagine if the estimator couldn't get here on time that gives me an indication as to how effective a crew of workers would be.
In my opinion: "If you want jobs and you want to work, someone needs to put forth an effort to show some responsibility".
Your representative came out and surveyed the repair and I've never heard anything else back from them

Salesperson was extremely rude and not interested in quoting another project at the same time. Explained that we are refinancing and want to get both projects done together.
He stated, one project at a time. Was very argumentative stating a specific wall was load bearing, even though we know that it wasn't. Three neighbors with identical houses removed their wall.
Would.not recommend your company at all.

Our salesman was great. However, the estimate for the three basement windows was much more than what we want to spend at this time.
A great experience, the representative listened, showed me multiple options and expressed the difficulties with the job, He did not say that it could not be done but stressed that it may not be able to be done but was ready to discuss other options!
I was not pressured, a sale of a total upgrade to the kitchen was not "forced" and I never got the impression that there was an alternatr agenda to the estimate visit. The rep was extremely friendly, engaging and willing to listen!
No... the estimate is just way too high
Not impressed that I invited you into my home to give me an estimate on repairing a drawer and I get the sales pitch for a new kitchen and was told it would be $30,000...what a load of BS...we never asked for the estimate, we never talked about features, appliances or type of cabinets and the rep pulls this number out of thin air. No thanks!

Wasnāt a fan of the estimator that came to the house and there was a delay in when the quote was sent via email.

Yes, we had different visions for my project.
Scheduled an estimate: was called to be āinformedā the day before that my midweek estimate was to be performed Saturday. Rescheduled that for the following Wednesday: this was simply forgotten, and I had to call (again) to enquire.

Service was good. I received an estimate for a job, Duane was professional, explained what Allied Restoration would do and provided an estimate within 24 hours.
The sales person gave me a quote on a new door which I am not interested. He said he would check out what I needed, a weather seal and possibly a new channel he could not find a seal that fit into the current channel.
The estimator did a fine and thourgh estimate but I have decided to arrange for the power washing separately myself and stain the deck myself because the cost for Allied to do it is just way too much for me to afford at this time.
