This price was exponentially higher than any other quote, which seemed unreasonable to us. The overall impression was that we specifically were not given a fair cost for services, especially as compared to our neighbors. We never actually recieved the written quote from the representative that walk the property, we only recieved a verbal quote.
I was very clear on the timeframe I was looking to get repairs. I was told 6 weeks before start.
As well as your representative was extremely rude and disrespectful.

I have a simple project to refinish my front door. Every other contractor was able to provide a quote with a pic of the front door. This contractor insisted that you be present which I suspect is because they wanted to up sell me.

I was told by the sales person the project would begin in August. Then the scheduling person sent an e-mail and stated the project would be done in October. Big discrepancy. Then I called for a clarification and there seems to be some confusion as to which market (Seattle VS Portland) is in charge of my project and I received no call back. I just want clarification.
Glen came out to review the scope of the project. He was thorough. I am waiting for the estimate.
