just doing other things, like flooring first - and in stages. We were super impressed with Gabe. He was very professional, and knew his product. ANswered all our questions and was very prepared. The quality of your product and the service looks superb. It just might not be in our budget at the moment. My estimator came out on a day I wasn’t available and quoted me a price that afternoon then he came back when I was here and I still run half his “from that visit

Lower costs
Price. I was quoted one day 2800 for countertops and sink. The next week to add cabinets- mind you I only have 7 - jacked the price up by $17k min to $20k+ depending on design. Exactly as is = $20k. Can someone explain why your shaker cabinets are worth an extra $17k when everyone else is around $5k. That’s insane
The project has been in delay over a 4 month span. It's only a basement window. I paid in full when I took out the contract in early February.
First it was the wrong size window. The construction team told me the area was "measured wrong" (by the Project Mgr). Then they didn't have materials for the second time they showed. Now we are "waiting" on a grill and drain that never seems to appear.
Meanwhile the unfinished window sits. It's leaking air into the house; is a security risk because it's not drilled tight grill over the window well; the area inside the well is pooling water which is turning the area into a muddy mess.
That's enough! Get this window and well DONE. I have been routinely contacting the project mgr throughout and keep getting the "waiting on materials".

We are over 70 and on a fixed income. We simply cannot afford to have you do a tub to shower conversion.

Come on time
Only have scheduled and put a deposit down so far. This part has been great. They have kept in contact and very professional. I am truly hoping for the same as the work starts. If so I will have more work done to my house through them.

I wanted a full bathroom redo and was shocked to find you you didn’t include a toilet. I was offered to have a “friend” put in a toilet.
