Horribly over priced! Sales men told me i would have to pull permit. If he had to do it there would be a $ 1500 permit fee i would have to pay the company and would add to contract. Thar was the first thing he started with. Not a good start!

We had an estimate set up for a small backyard patio to be poured in concrete, less that 450sqft. The price that was given to us was ASTRONOMICAL...it was 4x the amount of the national average price per sqft of concrete AND was by far the highest price we have gotten x3 and some times x4. It is unbelievably irresponsible and unethical to be charging so much for a product that others in the same business are charging the national average for. I will NOT ever pass on your company's information and if anything I would tell people there is no way they should use you. Do better!

Our consultant did a fine job of presenting the product and creating a solution - including making sure the differentiation was clear. The problem was twofold: the price, and how your process presents it.
We are simply remodeling an existing, in perfect condition, 3x6' walk in shower. The prices given were $24K guaranteed for a year, $20K for a month, or $16K for signing that night.
That seemed very "car sales" in style for something that was trying to be differentiated as high end. In addition - before we received the prices we told our consultant that we had our deck custom rebuilt last summer - 700 sq ft, two levels, with a complete underdeck ceiling below...stairs, joists, beams and all....for $75K with high end composite decking and railing. It took weeks to tear down, build new, and build the lower ceiling - much less an incredible amount of expensive materials........and the first price we saw was 1/3 of that, done in one or two days, with 3'x6' of materials. You lost us there, no matter the price cuts. Ridiculous.
I understand you're in business to make money. However, I was dumbfounded by the quote I received.
I continued to look and found comparable windows from a competitor for a fraction of the cost with a 4 week lead time as compared to the 16 week lead time I was quoted.

Price was ridiculous and the salesman was not even there for 5 minutes to go over specifics . Terrible service .
