I was particularly interested in comparing what I wanted to what would give the best results. The reason is that the original product was lovely and subtle and has been ruin by an intervening job. My conversation with allied was a clear discussion and I really appreciate that.
The price was to expensive.

Found another company for half of your estimate
It was a good presentation BT Caleb. Wife did not care for the shower wall selections. My concern was

Was told I would have to get my own permits. I have had many things done in ground pool, patio, patio enclosure, etc. Never had to worry about permits. The price came in $2,500.00 over 3 other estimates I was given.

The gentleman who was scheduled to do an estimate on our job was unable to come during the period we were slotted. That was Monday, April 12th from 1 - 2:30 PM. There was a mixup and he would not have been able to get to our home until around 4:00 PM. He called and was very nice, but that change of time did not work for us. We then decided that we had enough information to move ahead with contracting another company.
I think that a $1350 quote for a basic storm door is ridiculous. I'll buy one for $250 from Home Depot and do it my self and save $1000+. Just being totally honest with you.

Our initial appointment with Tom Wilson was very informative. He provided an overview of the company and products. Samples of the product material was helpful. He took measurements of the area and advised on what would be possible based on our needs. We have a follow-up appointment with Tom on Wednesday. So far we are very pleased with Bordner products and services.

Over a week now and haven’t heard anything back, no communication, at least give me an update or tell me the job is too big for your company, absolutely disappointed, just another reminder that online ratings are a big scheme
I am really surprised at the estimate of your services. It was total sticker shock. I felt it way over priced at what we expected on window. I am also surprised that your salesman didn't follow up with a phone call since we have not responded to your email. He can call my husband at Phone number removed to talk to him about details. After speaking with the project manager, I decided not to go with the company. Felt he was taking advantage of a senior. Also he appeared irritated if I asked questions.

b) Did not tell me any information about Beltway builders and why they are different/better then others
c) Before coming, I ask to have my door area fixed, not to buy a door.

Mr. Darryl Dawkins who provided the estimate was very professional.
The quote for the repair work was more than the cost to originally install the stoop and walkway. None of the bricks were broken so all that was needed was labor which seemed very high--it would be certainly no more than a day's work. I am seeking other quotes to see what is reasonable. I may be wrong about the cost you proposed.
I was told I would receive a written quote and I received nothing. Thank you for wasting my time. Not to mention, your verbal quote was lower than the others I received. Not very professional

I had a coupon I felt the representative pricing was outrageous. So I hit some one else to do work that included material and the whole job not just the dude.

I need to have expected work listed on contract. I need molding put up around the door and that wasn’t specified.

Your salesman was very well informed and a pleasure to have in our home The problem I had was the initial offer almost 38,000 dollars was overwhelming, especially since that was 16,,000 dollars higher than another bid that I had gotten and then for him to have turned around in the next breath and tell us that if we signed that day we could have it for 27,000 dollars was too much!!! I refuse to be high pressured by anyone that I do business with!!
