The sales rep (Ryan) was very nice and not pushy at all. He spoke well of the products and the owners. We are not sure we will get this project done this year, but we will definitely use Woodland when we do get it done.

I was given an estimate to completely replace my front steps for a half inch gap and some soil erosion. The service rep was more interested in selling me new steps than fixing the issue with a reasonable approach. He told me that the polyurethane repairs are all fake and that all of my other estimates recommending the use of polyurethane were frauds. He avoided answering my questions and was very glib. I will not do business with this company. No - thank you.

I specifically asked for an estimate on a wood deck and he insisted on giving me an estimate on composite. He did not give me the estimate I asked for....
Double the cost I wanted to update not buy a new houee
Very professional and nice sales person came to the house.
Our quote for our windows was 2x what we expected. Our friends who have a bigger house and similar size windows used your company 3-4 yrs ago and our price was double what they spent. When I asked my sales person why, he said window replacement was expensive. We got a competing quote for similar windows and it was 10K less. And it seemed there was no negotiating in the quote.
I did not get the quote!
