Cost too expensive.
The estimater called about a hour before my appointment and said he wouldn’t have time to do it and asked if he could do it over google earth ,which I agreed to and I was told I would get a email of a estimate ,I know it wouldn’t be 100% but ball park number is what I was interested in as I have a good bit of wiggle room either way in my budget ... however ... I never received a estimate! So I figure either your company doesn’t want / need business all to bad or there may be a high level of miscommunication or incompetence ... therefore I wouldn’t bother

The representative who came to provide the estimate was very courteous and professional. The quote seemed reasonable compared to another quote that I received. I am still evaluating different companies to determine which is the best fit for the work. Allied Restoration is on my list.

Your project manager came out and looked at our project. Said he would get back to us with a quote. Never got back to me even after reaching out to the company two times. The company never got back to me either.

Knowledge of construction products
The scheduling was mishandled. it took over a month to get appointment times. On the day of service the contractors showed up but did no work provided no explanation as to why the word had not been done and left external parts of my house exposed.

I was given a quote for 7 days and was told I would receive it in my email. However, I never got the quote. You didn't follow up as promised. This is a bad omen for a construction company.
Your rep called for pictures instead of coming, said he sent quote and did not after three days and my texting him back. He was clearly not interested in providing it.
Excellent visit. I was impressed by the thoroughness of analysis of my needs, the discussion of various options, the LISTENING skills, and the ability to suggest more affordable options given my particular circumstances (wanting to sell the house). Compared to other contractors from whom I've received estimates, your firm is one of the best.

So far all I have seen was the estimate. Price is reasonable. I will contact them to contract the job
The estimate I received from Allied was the highest estimate and double all the ones I received from the other 5 companies. The estimate given was for a "double" coating and replacing trim, wood, etc. etc. While it is very thorough, I did not request all that work. It had replacing the screen on my porch (not requested). I asked for separate estimates to be given: (1) to simply stain the cedar siding and (2) then an estimate to paint the trim. The replacing of the wood spots or screen should have been broken down and added expenses shown separately. I am retired and unemployed and on a very limited budget. I needed to see what I could afford to do now and what I would need to save up for later.
I also wanted a separate estimate for the left side of the house where I had tree damage so I could present it to my insurance company. I did not receive that.
