I can research the products that i want at multiple retailers and have the materials delivered before the install. Installation is superior. My46 year old bathroom was remodeled. It's like i bought it new! The financing was helpful with Service Finance. There is also Connexuscu.org that provides money for Powerpay remodel loans.
Estimator was curtios and knowledgeable, I received my Estimate on the spot. Would definitely recommend
Jeff was great and very knowledgeable- the estimate came back much higher than expected so we will likely wait until material costs hopefully decrease.
did not kept the promise
I like that I received a response the same day and that I received an estimate based on pictures and description of the needed job.
Your professionalism.
man was an hour late for the appointment, he was NOT attentive of the info I provided as to the scope of work and seemed confused. I didn't feel he was not as sharp as he once may have been .He wanted to farm out the most important work I wanted and seemed unconcerned when I told him I wanted to do 2 bathrooms and kitchen work after this.
I need 2 to 4 bricks replaced and mortar in a 30 foot section of walkway. 7500 was the estimate if i made a decision that day, it went up 1000 dollars if i waited a day and another thousand if i waited a week to make a decision. They estimated two days to do everything. If i paid 200 dollars an hour, a rip off unless you're an attorney, I'm seeing maybe 1600 to do everything. Even if I'm paying two people a hundred bucks an hour, you people lay bricks not perform open heart surgery.
Nothing in particular. We are getting more quotes before making a final decision.
I feel completely taken advantage off
Matt was on time, very friendly and fully explained all available options and he shared some ideas and options that I had not thought about.
Unwilling to use inserts and just replace the wood where necessary vs. full tear out. Price (even with vinyl windows that are not competitive) almost double most competing estimates. Time availability longer than all other estimates I obtained as well.
Not at all pushy or pressured to buy. Was refreshing!
Said that the company couldn’t do what we wanted done said it was impossible. Was way to expensive for something that I didn’t even want and was smaller. And started talking about politics at the end. Strange experience and unprofessional
the window model being used for presentation failed just like the windows I wanted to replace. the window has a lifetime warranty and obviously I could see the window wasnt going to hold up. my sales person was great!
YES...THE QUOTED PRICE OF THE JOB WAS AT LEAST 3 TIMES TWO OTHER QUOTES...
I THOUGHT THERE WAS A TYPO ERROR...
PHIL WAS EXCELLENT AND I APPRECIATED HIS PROFESSIONAL...
THANK YOU,

Very professional
Ryan was a great representative he was nowhere near like some of the other window companies that we unfortunately had to deal with and sit through we really valued our experience.
Have not booked job yet but was pleased with estimate and answering my questions.
Their customer service is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to all my questions and concern! I highly recommend them.
Have not used any of your services yet. Still
Waiting on a job quote.
The personal representative
The pricing in the install was higher than what I consider reasonable. I am in the union trades myself and I felt it to be egregious, even if it’s what the market will bear.
Could not supply the needed product
Price and knowledge on your products and work. Sales rep. wonderful and knows her job very well.
Always on time with estimates and repairs.
Yes you all came to measure and then I never received an estimate. Here it is a week later.
Glenn was very professional!
Matt Mariotti, my in home consultant was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me two quotes since I wasn't to sure which windows the use. The Marvin Essentials-which are fiberglass and Marvin Gold which are vinyl. After doing research on fiberglass vs vinyl, the pros and cons, decided to go with the fiberglass.

Mr. Howard Bottiger, was very informative, and explained the projects possibilities, along with the current cost to proceed. How ever at this time the cost is more then I can afford without putting myself in debt. I wish to thank Mr.Bottiger, for his time,
