Quote too high
Outrageously priced. Multiple times more than other bids to power wash and seal deck.

Your rep, Darryl Dawkins, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We think his recommended solution was the right one. We simply don’t have the budget for that solution.
Mr. Reilly and Mr. Batson are professional who have a wealth of knowledge in regard to the restoration business. I really appreciate the both of them helping to guide me through the current restoration project that I am icurrently involved in.
Pat was very nice and was very good with explaining the processes that would take place in remodeling our basement.

The estimate for the asphalt driveway was done professionally, now I am waiting for a date to be installed.
I am excited to get my service started. Haven't had it yet. Just disappointed we can't do it sooner, might have picked a different color!

Products and consultation in estimation
It’s now over two weeks, and no proposal in writing with a description of the work and a price quote.
Your sales rep, Dennis Smith, was excellent. The estimate was simply outside of our price range.
Your representative was on-time, courteous, and very fair with his estimated costs.
The cost was too high. It was 1/3 the cost of the entire fence
The individual leading project - nice guy. Seemed over his head on this project. He shared when he got into problems that it was his first time working on this issue. He was learning as he was doing. Would have expected that it wasn't first time doing job. We're still have some open items and project started in Nov '20
Individuals all seemed nice and professional and were trying to fix things. Just taken a long time and haven't heard when we will wrap things up
