The service, Josh was a bit early for his appointment and phoned ahead and asked if it would be okay to arrive early, which was very considerate. Josh explained what Woodland had to offer, was able to provide us with a quote and answered all of our questions.

Great guy to work with that arrived at my house. Price was very high with pressure to sign then to get a lower price. Even the lower price came in high compared to other bids. That sales approach sends a very negative message about the company.

I gave you a deposit and signed a contract on April 1st (April Fools Day...guess I was the 'fool').
We are 7 weeks out from a job that I was told would be completed in 2-4 weeks and all I have is a new quote for a higher cost.
You carry Marvin windows, a good quality window and a fair price. HOWEVER, both my wife and I find your sign on Lake Street usually display some type of Christian verse extremely offensive and made us extremely reluctant to even walk into your store. However, because you are the largest Marvin dealer who also installs, you have us over a barrel. If there was another equal dealership we would drop you like a hot potato.

I requested a Room Addition, Handyman services, and a Fence. I don’t know how your Program Manager is suppose to give me a quote for a fence when he didn’t measure my yard for the fence. Also, the Program Manager said he was going to give me a quote a couple of days later. I’ve lost patience waiting.
We tried to hire Glenn from Beltway to do the work he provided an estimate for, but he will not get in touch with us. So we're going to have to find another company to use. Both me and my husband have emailed Glenn and I've tried to call several times and he will not reach out to us. It's a shame because we liked him when he gave us the estimate...
Had a confirmed appointment with them on May 15th and no one showed up after I planned my day around the 1:00-2:30pm window I was given. Not happy.
The system appears to be fantastic. Gabriel was through and very professional. It’s just over my budget.
Attention to details
We invited for estimate of bathtub. He shows professionalism and told in details what we need to do. Estimate was ready in 20 min. We invited other contractors to compare prices, but I think I will hire them.
