When I called for a reassessment due to additional leaking. I had tried to only get the pump the first time, it helped but did not solve. Bob came out said I unfortunately really did need to get arteries put in. They were able to schedule me in and complete the job very quickly. Checked the drainage, made sure everything was graded right to be efficient. They even cleaned up they best they could. It looks great, I am now less worried about the spring thaw and rain storms.

They are beautiful, sturdy and a classic look. My patio appears to look as if a room addition was done since I have 3 wall structures and one very big open side that looks like a picture window!

They are very knowledgeable of sun room and configurations. They are clear on pricing and have a very professional install team. They were able to work with us to reconfigure an old patio room without having to buy a new top. They saved us a lot of money. We changed a large room into two smaller rooms and added on a pergola. Happy with everything.

Excellent service from first telephone call to post installation. Price was very reasonable with no surprises. Beth, the onsite representative who quoted the work, is thoroughly experienced and very knowledgeable. Alexa was on top of the scheduling and their automated notification services work great.
Work was done on time and the area where the work was done was neat and clean. All this and the work comes with a 10 year warranty.
What's not to like?

We are very pleased with the final product and will contact Rescon again for future needs. From the very first call to the office we were pleased with the level of knowledge and assistance we received. Tiffany and the other professional (whose name escapes me) were very helpful with the many questions. They had Bob, supervisor, contact me directly to have all my questions answered the same day.

Kudos to Bob whose professionalism from the quoting process to the finished product was appreciated. Also kudos to Josh who was excellent on the job. He communicated the details, provided excellent workmanship, and left area clean and safe.

You let me know who was coming. George called to let me know exactly what time to expect him. He listened to my concerns and explained what he was going to do. He checked around the outside of my home to make sure there weren't any other cracks in foundation. He checked the basement and found one other crack.

Altogether a very professional experience.
