I'd give so many more stars if I possibly could! We were so very pleased with the entire Rescon Basement Solutions experience. Bob came to our house and assessed our basement/bulkhead wall issues. We were involved in any decisions and were given a very honest, complete quote and a scheduled date for the work to be done. Unfortunately, before the scheduled date, we had a very heavy rain and water poured into our basement. Bob from Rescon gave us advice on how to handle that and Alexa was able to move the work date up to help us out of a big jam. Patrick, Jake and Tim arrived promptly to get the work started. They were very professional and explained absolutely everything they were going to be doing. They set up plastic tarps to keep the rest of our basement clean and did a fantastic job. When they completed the work, they went over all of the new equipment and explained everything to us. We were happy with every part of this project. Cannot recommend Rescon enough!!!!

I am so impressed with this company! From initial meeting to project completion was smooth and efficient. This time I had a garage wing wall that was sinking and pulling the brick off my house. After all foundation repairs were completed the wing wall is sturdy and the bricks line up along the house, exactly as promised.

I thought the salesperson, Ryan B., was very thorough in evaluating our needs and making recommendations. He also helped to navigate approval with our HOA. The installers were great, very professional and got it all done in 2 days. The covers look great and we got hail the first day they were up! great test of their durability.

Caleb and Donovan did an outstanding job of tear down and then installation of new cover for our pool pump house. The product is so clean and professional appearing. It will last for decades with minimal maintenance. The clean up was spotless. I highly recommend this product and the company providing it!

I was disappointed with the installation of the patio door that was done a few years ago when I had all the windows in my home replaced. The door was hard to open and close. A repairman came out and attempted a repair with minimal success. Finally, after struggling with the door for several years (it never operated smoothly) I called back again to see if they could fix it. A repairman by the name of Fred Carrigan came out and replaced the rollers and reset the door so it was plumb and straight. Works link a charm now. Thank you, Fred!! The repair bill was not very expensive, and they gave me a discount for the trouble I went through.
