Customer Testimonials

The people were very professional

The Royal Covers people were quick, friendly and efficient. We're VERY happy with our new hot tub pergola. Thanks again.

Very high quality of work. Timely, and kept their word on the job. It was pleasure doing business with this company.

Fast, efficient, great communication. Very pleased with the service and results. Highly recommend this company. Carlos Z was my technician and he was great!

The ease and the peace of mind having this leaking problem resolved. RealSeal was recommended to me by my sister. The price, I felt, was pretty good. I was pleased with the whole process, from the quote to the end product.

McVay Brothers were outstanding! Starting with Cody and the estimate, he was so helpful and patient with a nervous old lady! Nicole the scheduler was awesome letting us know when the crews were coming! My favorite crew the siding twins, was cool them being brothers, not McVay but true brothers. Also them being with the company over 20yrs shows a great company! Stripping the roof crew cleaned up great, couldn't even tell they had been there when they were done. The roofing crew, extra thanks for hauling those bundles old style up the ladder because of trees and fences. Next is the gutters this week. Thank you McVay Brothers I appreciate your work and its refreshing working with Great people!

they were professional easy to deal with no hard sell.

Style

Very happy witht the service and finished product. I had a niche in my roof line, and Royal Covers of Az was the only company that confidently addressed it and assured me, 100% it
would be taken care of, and sure enough it was.

Great service from beginning to end,

Very efficient and cleaned up after. Did a very good job

Everything worked out

My new patio cover is GORGEOUS. I researched companies and am so happy I found Royal Covers. Sales rep Peter helped me pick the color and style, and discussed the technical aspects with my partner who understands quality and installation. The quality is top notch. In addition, the installation was smooth and professional. Preston walked me through placement of posts to have room around my hot tub, and the team helped move the heavy items off my patio. They worked to get all done in a few hours and replaced my items (including a concrete griffin!). And the installation team cleaned up all the packing and debris. I am so very happy with Royal Covers every step of the way.

We had a leak in the basement when our house was bought 16 years ago. The previous owners never told us or documented this. We had it fixed then by another company, but it still leaked each rainfall. Then we recently contacted Real Seal. They came out and gave us an estimate that was way lower than what we paid 16 years ago. But I took a chance and I am glad I did. They came back to do the work. A couple hours later it was done. They cleaned up completely. The wall looks much better now but the real question is will it leak again. We had another rain a few days ago. In fact, it poured for 2 days. Guess what? Not a single drop of water came through. I am confident that our leak was finally fixed after 16 years. I have Real Seal to thank for that. If you have a leak, I implore you to call Real Seal. Great pricing and even better results. One other thing. Jorqe was the man that did this. He was courteous, thorough, and a really nice person. Their product is great but ask for Jorqe. You will not be disappointed. Thanks so much to Jorqe and to Real Seal. In all my years fixing up my houses, there are only 2 companies I would ever recommend. With Real Seal, I now have 3 companies I would ever recommend for work in my house. Thanks again to Real Seal and Jorqe. Jeff Penner - Dear Park

Everyone we have dealt with has been great. The windows are very nice as well.

well made and exactly what we wanted the installers were amazing did a great job
my only complaint is you need a different design for the doggy door because when you use it dogs can't get out

Very professional,Clean,Knew what they were doing, answered any questions, very polite. All around a good experience

Did a good job, but work was just done 2 days ago. Easy to work with and everyone was nice.

I have your windows, a roof and now a front door all bought and installed by you. I purchased the door from you because this is an older house and I know it has quirks. I trusted and knew no matter what quirks the installers ran into it would be installed correctly and it was. The guys were both polite and efficient and I am a very happy customer!

Clear communication and responsive to questions.

I had used Real Seal once before to stabilize some cracks in my foundation wall and was very satisfied with their service, which is why I used them a second time.
This time Carlos and Jordan came out to do the work. They called when they were on their way and arrived at the scheduled time. We reviewed the work that was needed and they did a great job stabilizing the common wall between my two buildings. When they were finished we reviewed the work again and they cleaned up the work site.
Yes, I would hire them again.

Everything was very professional.

Great product, great service

Wonderful service and a beautiful finished product.

Keep doing what you guys have done over the 14 years I've used you. . .providing customers excellent service and fixing any problems that pop up after install!

There were permit issues with my city, however, The Real Seal kept in contact with me to let me know what was happening and working towards getting the job rescheduled to accomodate these delays. The individuals who came into my house were polite and made sure things were kept as clean as possible. The work was completed in a timely manner and if there were any questions for me about what was going on they would come to me and show me what they were doing and how it would work. I would definitely use this company again if I ever needed the services they offer.

Very fast and clean everything about the job was professional especially Diane Schneider.
