John the concrete tech and his coworker did a very good job on our concrete slab outside our sliding glass door in the backyard. They took their time and explained each step. All we wanted them to do is raise up one side about an inch to have the rain flow away from the house. It worked the rain came 3 days later for the test everything flowed good. Thank you so much great job!

Rob was super nice and professional even when I must’ve given the wrong address. He was so patient. He gave me a fair quote that was affordable enough that I didn’t hesitate to hire Real Seal. Then, Carlos who came to fill it in was super knowledgeable and skillfully fixed my basement wall cracks quickly and securely.

The team came out and assessed windows that I needed to be replaced and they asked a key critical question that no other company would dare ask. They asked if I ever considered not replacing an entire window if only one section or panel of the window failed and then proceeded to replace only those parts that were necessary, saving me thousands of dollars. They did a fantastic job. If I knew I could have done that I would have replaced those windows 5 or 6 years ago. Super quality job and super quality product. We are very happy with our window replacement and wouldn't ask anybody else to do the work.

We are very pleased with the material used to build our pergola! The crew were friendly. They answered our questions and explained everything clearly. I do have one concern. We had you install 2 fan boxes. Unfortunately I don’t recall being informed that you employ an electrician who could run the wiring inside the beams until I spoke with crew leader after the pergola was completed. He explained I could have had the wiring inside the beams where they wouldn’t show! I have a call in for the electrician to contact me. I am still hoping there is someway to open the beams and run the wiring inside the beams! I’m confident it would look much better than outside the beams where! Please let me know if this is possible!
