We had a great experience with Childers Brothers. We had noticeable cracks and separation in our walls that have worsened over the years. We knew it was time to get it looked at. Our specialist was Dylan McGinty, he didn't just try to sell us on using their product. He explained the process in great detail, and demonstrated the different options available for foundation repair which helped us make an informed decision. Our installation team was incredible. Juan was the lead man, he stayed in constant communication with me. They accidentally broke my outdoor water faucet but had a plumber over within the hour to fix it. When they raised the foundation, the cracks in the walls all came back together and are no longer immediately noticeable. They also cleaned up the work area very well. I highly recommend Childers Brothers!

Prompt and professional

Paul was great, as was our installer. I didn't feel pressured. I felt like I had someone come in to tell me what should be done, and we can work from that, not a hard pitch pressuring me to do every possible thing, and if I sign before they walk out the door, I'll get a 10% discount. There was none of that. I appreciated working with a local business that has a good reputation for quality work. It's what led me to call The Real Seal in the first place, and I'm glad I did.

Work to be completed was clearly explained.on bid. Not the cheapest bid, but clearly the best roofing materials/install. After roof tear-off, some damaged sheathing was revealed. Repairs were performed expertly and quickly under Adam's close supervision. Heavy rubberized material was placed not just on edge areas, but also any location where snow might accumulate. Austin installed the new shingles, drip edges, vents and boots in a perfectionist manner, demonstrating his amazing skill. Roof looks fantastic! Like the 50 year non-prorated guarantee. McVay promised a great roof and delivered!

The Real Seal team was honest and professional from pricing to service. Paul came out for the assessment and George fixed the crack in our basement crawl space.
