Everyone was great from Jeff the estimator and Susan the account manager to Juan the crew manager who came with his crew right on time and communication was great. Job was done in one day just like they said. We’ve had several torrential downpours since installing the tiles and sump pump, and my basement is dry.

Quality and speed of installation

My drainage system is working well so far. The only thing I didn't like is that I was not told in advance one of my bushes would be removed and it's now dead. If I had known I would've removed it myself because it did not survive someone else removing it. Obviously no guarantee it would've survived me either but this was not told to be in advance and I only discovered it when I walked outside to find it removed during the installation.

Windows are stylish, easy to operate, and pretty. The excellent service that I have received from Chris, Dan., and the rest of the team was great.

Good customer service.

Window well replacement and drain added to bottom. Hole was put in through foundation wall and pipe put in leading to sump pump.

The crew that worked on my property were some of the most professional, respectful and hard working guys i have seen. And on day 2 they were installing the floor staples and accidentally drilled/sawed into my water line in the kitchen. It was definitely not their fault because the water line was only around 2-3" deep. They apologized and even offered to repair it because Tyler used to do plumbing. I agreed and he did an amazing job repairing the water lines. As a customer I couldn't have imagined having a crew as good as what I had working on my house. The only downside to the whole job was the staples. I feel that when I was told about the staples it should have been made more clear about the mess throughout the house the concrete dust would create. The guys did use plastic sheeting as a make shift tent to keep the dust in but ultimately every cabinet in my kitchen and pretty much my entire living room was covered in the dust. I really don't get why I would even need the staples when my floor still has rebar in it. Other than the cleaning the dust I would definitely recommend Childers Brothers to anyone needing their foundation repaired.

Everyone involved was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my many and varied questions. They were polite at all times and worked efficiently, carefully, and respectfully. Time will tell is the soil stabilization worked, but right now I'm very pleased.

Good service, clean worker, polite and honest. There has been no rain as of yet so I will see how it holds up then but so far, I'm very pleased with the service and fair price.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism that everyone from the sales person to the technician that came out to the house. Carlos, the person who dug down to the footing of the foundation came upon a half dozen boulders that had to be broken and removed in order to reach the foundation footing. During the job he explained the process and showed me the patch that went on the crack. What really was impressive, is that he hauled away the boulders when he left. I also appreciated the sales person who followed up with me after the job was completed. I should mention that I had U.S. Waterproofing out twice to repair the crack and they were unable to stop the leakage. I highly recommend Real Seal.

My salesman's name was John he was very professional,well knowledge and answered all my questions and concerns with a smile.
He was also very prompt on getting me back the quote for the polyjacking and additional seam/form line sealing. My sunken back patio concrete was raised to above my expectations super job. George and Omar were also very good at their job sealing all the areas to prevent further water from getting in any wide gaps. I would definitely recommend Real Seal to family members friends and coworkers!!
