Prompt and very professional

Royal Covers handled everything. There was a slight hiccup dealing with the HOA, but once sorted out, everything went smoothly.

Lorenzo and the crew showed on time and approx 7hrs later it was done. Cleaned up, didn't even know they had been there if not for the beautiful new Patio Cover they left behind. Color match was spot on. Blended in so well, it looked like it was original.

I am very happy with this product, it adds a lot of shade and style to my yard. Caleb was the supervisor, he was very pleasant. He answered all of my questions.

The whole experience was top notch, efficient and professional from start to finish. I also appreciated the extra step of adding steal poles in the posts and the unexpected addition of a steal beam across the length of the cover to accommodate for roller shades and/or other accessories. We are loving our patio cover addition from royal covers.

Did very good work

Over the past 10 years, I have worked with McVay Brothers to replace windows and most recently replace the roof. The Coeur d'Alene window are high quality, especially compare to the windows that were originally installed on my house in 1993. We replaced 3 to 5 windows per year for several years because the original windows were blown out. Each visit from McVay Brothers was professional and on time. They did a great job removing an old French door on the second floor and building the wall to support a smaller window. They did a great job on the roof and I do not expect any problems. If there ever is a need to reach out to McVay about a workmanship issue, then I am confident they will support us. So far, everything has worked out great.

While our situation was a small job, it was handled very efficiently by the workers who came to perform the work. The entire job was completed in less time than I anticipated. The one difficulty I had was some difficulty with a language barrier between us and the workers (resulting in our rating of 9 instead of 10), but it did not lead to any problems in getting the work completed to our satisfaction.

We had contracted for encapsulation of the crawlspace, including crack fill on the foundation walls. We also ask for polyjacking for a slab to be lifted. The crack fill was completed by a friendly and very competent tech. The Polyjacking ran into a problem where the slab was cracking, most likely due to it being connected to the foundation with rebar and its age. The tech attempted to raise it and offered to fill the cracks, but we went another way. The attempt was well done and the bill was altered. We have yet to do the encapsulation. Dealing with RealSeal was professional and friendly.

The friendliness of the staff and the way they respected my property

I move from Colorado to Arizona and very glad that I made the move. The house and property are fantastic, but it lacked a garage or cover for my car. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a garage or waiting for materials and builders, so I did a search for carports/pergola's and saw the site for "Royal Covers" that was established in 1979. I called and talked to Peter (Sales Representative) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I made an appointment, and he came to my house. He arrived on time and was very professional. He asked a lot of questions like dimensions (16x18), Height, color of post/trim, roof line, placement and even came up with suggestions that we liked. The interesting thing is he used to be an installer and wrote down everything, so the installers know exactly what to expect for the pergola/carport. Royal Covers do not employ contractors, and everyone works for Royal Covers. It didn't take long when Ryan (Scheduler) from Royal Covers called to schedule the installation. The installers came and within a day it was completed. The pergola/carport looks so sweet (durable and strong) and couldn't wait to drive my car into the shade of the pergola/carport. I also got a surprise box, but you'll have to get your own pergola/carport to know what's inside.
