Delivered on what they would do and when they would do it. Was able to get a visit and get a quote from Logan and and idea when they could it. Sent pictures of the cracks to help familiarize them with what was needed. Received a quote was given a date of Feb 12th for repair and they were here on that date. Joe was great, organized and kept the place clean and also allowed me too pick his brain and get a much better idea how the system works and what it intales. All three people I spoke to are great representatives for the company.

I was extremely pleased with the service from RESCON. I received a very reasonable estimate quickly for waterproofing our basement and was given a date for completing the work. Although the wait was a couple of months, I was very impressed that RESCON started promptly on the promised date. The foreman, Doug, was very easy to work with - organized, knowledgeable, forthcoming about the work to be done and the schedule. He provided regular updates and explanations. His team worked quickly and unobtrusively (except, of course, for the noise created from cutting the concrete, which didn't last long) and finished the job sooner than the original estimate of 3 days. They cleaned up the work site before they left.

The installation was exactly what had been discussed. The cost remained exactly as discussed. The install with Ryan was fast, courteous and clean. Great job. So far no issues but today is the first wet weather since the install. And we shall see how it works as more weather hits us. But for now I am thrilled with the service and the fact that the plan was not just a get in the door and then add on additionally.
