The windows are incredible, so far we have had wind, rain, snow and bright reflective light on the windows and they function very well. Joe was a terrific project manager. I must reiterate the windows are amazing. Water droplets and snow left no trace on the windows after showers fell upon them.

Everyone was easy to work with and understand. I do wish (and thought) that I would hear from the sales rep again. And thought they’d kinda go over what they did.
I was so amazed and impressed when the rep showed a video under the house to show what was wrong. I was under the understanding that I’d see it again after if was corrected.
The guys also said there was a year warranty. I’d like to have known on what. But forgot to ask.
