This is a great company to work with!! My designer Larry came out and was able to see even beyond what I wanted, designed it perfectly( because he used to be an installer and understood exactly what was needed to get the job done)The installers were positively professional and did SUCH a good job. I got an open lattice pergola on the front of my house and a solid one in the back and I have so much usable outdoor space now. Also the office put together the packet and submitted to my HOA. I would recommend them 100 times over.

Miguel and his team arrived on time each day of service - they were clean and professional! The team repaired my basement by adding drainage tiles and a sump pit. It rained overnight and it was a relief not waking up to water in my basement. I appreciate all the hard work Miguel and his team put into the repair of my basement. Jesus and team were total professionals. I appreciate their tenacity in tackling a tricky project due to the amount of ground water and the narrow space between our and our neighbor's houses. When they returned after the water level receded, they tackled the project with true commitment to get the patch installed. It was a dirty, difficult dig and they nailed it. When they left, the site was completely back to normal which is impressive again given the narrow opening between the homes and the 8' deep excavation and the volume of soil/mud/mess. Many thanks guys and no offense to you but I hope we don't see you again! :)

From their initial contact, then their site visit to view our polyjacking patio project, receipt of their written proposal, scheduling, and then the actual polyjacking...every step is well planned. They work to have you understand the work to be done. The End Results....they far exceeded our expectations as to how well our project was done. I never expected that they could provide a total alignment of all of our patio slabs. I highly recommend them for any polyjacking work that you may be considering.

When the technician came out he was very knowledgeable and communicated what he was going to be doing. The work quality was excellent and were very happy with the repairs that were done. Scheduling wasn't difficult and communication with restaurant was very good.

I felt the Jeff was honest in his assessment of my foundation/seepage issues. He made me feel like I was safe and that there would be no hidden surprises. He assured me that the Real Seal product was quality and the lifetime warranty was very reassuring. My service technician, George was meticulous and he delivered quality in his work. He communicated genuinely and he made me feel like he only had good intentions and would solve my foundation and sump pump issues. George was a joy to work with and he laid out his plan and he followed through. I also appreciated his care when removing parts of the wall. His clean cuts and respect for my home really calmed my anxiety of the undertaking.

Communication was the best. Real Seal sent info on each person that was going to come to our house for the estimate and the repair. They explained everything during the initial visit and the written estimate was very thorough and exactly as explained during the visit. The service man came out on time and finished the repair quickly. They cleaned the area before leaving and then they followed up to make sure everything was done as promised.

Everything was great from the beginning to the end. Quick appointment set up. Received contract fast. Date to do the job on time. Job was completed in one day. The crew that did the job was great.
