My stylist was Jess. I just came in to get my beard shaped. She understood my request and made several recommendations including a product that could be used on my beard and hair. Jess was very friendly and cheerful.
What I didn't like is I stood at the counter for about 5 min waiting to get checked in. I did not know I was to use the tablet to check in. No one approached me so I sat down. Another client came in and logged in. He got to go before me since I did not know the check in process. But on the brighter side that gave me Jess when it was my turn.

Monica is the best!! Also every place should take a note from sport clips playbook, the massage chairs, the hot lavender towels, yeah yeah you can say its a mens haircut place all you want but go for some pampering if you are a women because we don’t get this at our salons!

The Rochester Hills location is a very clean and efficient operation, with friendly and competent staff and an upbeat vibe whenever I visit.
Excellent service from Tracy. Very friendly and really takes care of you. Lasr time I came in was during the opening. Hopefully will be back before 6yrs this next time. Overall this franchise is very clean and well kept. I recommend going here for anyone in the Fenton area.
