After a moment of intense listening to my description of what needs to be done about my overgrown do, she rephrases my wishes and offers a suggestion or more for how the goals could be achieved. Her verbal and non-verbal expression of her understanding of the task allows me to envision the end result. Teresa is highly skilled and precise. She works fast and is very effective. I will make sure to follow her schedule while making hair cut appointments. I will always recommend Teresa, the stylist at the Okemos branch in Michigan.

The positive atmosphere. I only have 2 negatives.
#1: The cost. For basically a head shave and beard trim, it was quite expensive. Senior citizens on limited budgets just cannot handle such a cost.
#2: The electric trimmers need to have sharper blades. My technician went around looking for good batteries (found none) and a stronger unit was found but the blades were dull. This issue needs to be addressed.
The young lady did her best with what she had but they cannot be handcuffed by poor equipment.

I travel for work and so far I'm able to find a sport clips not to far away wherever I go. I really enjoy an MVP experience really makes you feel new everytime. It gives me a relaxing easy feel after my haircut/hot towel/head wash/shoulder massage. I always feel lighter for several days after. I thank every stylist who takes care of me, wherever I go, I have not had a bad experience with sport clips ever.
