I've been to at least 30 different stylists since my regular stylist retired from the business. None of them knew how to actually cut hair outside of using electric clippers for a civilian version of a military cut. I wasn't looking for that, I wanted my hair cut with shears, properly sectioned and layered in a professional businessmans style cut. Honestly, I didn't expect to find the stylist I was looking for at a sports themed shop but I needed another cut badly and walked in out of desperation. I'm so glad I did! My search is over, I've found the stylist I plan on going back to as a regular customer, Thank You Lori!

Lori was very helpful and added her own input to what I asked for - I came in with well past shoulder length hair and just wanted a trim, but didn't really know what else to ask for - she did layering and made it look great!

Good service and easy check in on app, but we were sitting in an area not in eye sight of the register. Thankfully I was able to hear the person say they'd take a person ahead of my son because he was sitting right there. I knew that my son was next in line, so loud enough I stated that he was over here. I feel that they should at a minimum call out the next person in line instead of just asking the customer's name in front of them.
