I love the fact that every time I walk into this establishment I’m greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Every time I have a question about a product or maybe a new hair level my barber takes her time and never makes me feel rushed , I’ll never forget my first time coming to this location as a newbie and meeting Brittany , she made me feel so comfortable after moving from Chicago and I’ll never forget that , Courtney is an absolute doll as well , I’m not sure if this was her main location but when life can’t give you Brittany , Courtney comes through and saves the day :) I’m rambling but I can really write a book explaining how much i appreciate this establishment but most importantly the wonderful women who make a guy like me feel welcomed no matter the day

very pleasant experience. very polite and competent workers. did a great job.
Your on-line app did not work. the app said i had "0" wait time. In reality it was a 45 min wait time as i found 4 people ahead of me at the store. despite this, the display at the store continued to show "0" wait time. i ended up waiting for 50 minutes at the store before my turn to get the haircut. As a result, i missed one of my meetings. Please work on fixing your on-line app. Misleading wait times are not acceptable.
