Well personally I don't believe i have ever gotten a haircut where the barber/hair stylist wasnt nice & professional. Always making a good rapport from the time you walk in & sit down. And I've yet to be disappointed with my haircut. Great place for a cut. The women over in okemos are awesome 😁

Bry was very kind and patient with clients. She explained to 10-year-old about his scalp and why the shampoo and scalp treatment was important.
The staff was very pleasant, and knowledgeable I forgot my stylists name but she asked questions on how to cut my hair and made some suggestions that were spot on.
Went in wanting to try a slightly different look and Heather not only took the time to walk me through what she was going to cut to get the style I was hoping for, but she also explained how to adjust my hair care to provide the look I wanted on a daily basis. Very professional and conversational. Overall it was a great experience.
