Products are good, hot towel is the best! Stylists are consistently professional and good. They keep good notes from previous visits about your hair cut, I like the online appointment opportunity and being able to select my favorite stylist.

Staffing is excellent. They don’t get paid enough and don’t have good enough benefits for the standard pricing you charge. After looking at your profits it is clear. Raise their wages and provide better benefits.
