The staff is awesome and very friendly. Sue in particular, as she was the first person to ever cut my son's hair in January of 2025. We followed her from the Okemos location to Frandor and love to see that she is working when we schedule an appointment. Brittany cut his hair today and did a great job, made him feel so confident and comfortable. Definitely recommend both of them! Honestly they are the reason we keep coming back!!

How easy the check in and process is
After 8 or 9 years. Erica or Kelce were the only two that had cut my hair until yesterday.. Ashley did a superb job and was very personable.. I will continue to book appointments with her.

I can come in without an appointment
I came in for a haircut after I got out of work, hair tangled, probably sweaty and gross. I'm sorry about that, but the hair cutter didn't make me feel gross or sweaty and brushed my hair out for me. I really appreciated that because I was feeling self conscious and left feeling much better. Thank you!

I've been coming to Jess for a while now to get my hair cut. Tho I'd never say this to her face, she is a master in her craft. She always has a smile on her face and always greets you with her warm welcoming presence. The woman should be running her own shop and sports clips should count themselves lucky she works for them. She will always be my barber!

At this particular location Grace always does amazing! At other locations it can be inconsistent who cuts your hair. I love this location but it does not always carry over at all the others depending on who you get. I would say the prices could also be better but overall I would say it is worth it for me at this location because of the circumstance. To me you cannot beat the customer service aspect in which this particular person provides.
