I really love the stylist Chelsea. She's very personable and the customer's satisfaction and comfort is clearly very important to her. She has a warm smile, great communication and wonderful customer service. This, along with her strong attention to detail always results in such a pleasant experience. Overall a good look, along with a relaxing experience is good for your inside and outside. I always love the end result with her.
The only negative comment is related to on-line check in. I don't understand the benefit of checking in on-line? I checked in and had a 71 minute wait. After 60 minutes I showed up at the store and checked in there (again). After checking in at the store, it changed to an 86 minute wait. I don't know what the benefit of your on-line check in is.
I will say, Chelsea must be be in very high demand. Unfortunately as busy Saturday's go, I just couldn't wait any longer due to a previously scheduled commitment.
I have searched the Lansing area for several years to try to find someone that can cut my hair well. Kelsey took the time to learn how my hair works and try to understand what I want to do with it. Kelsey is a terrific genuine person to work with.
