Catori is a great barber. He got my hair cut the best it’s been in 22 years. He paid attention to what I was looking for and filled in the gaps of information when I wasn’t sure what to call what I was trying to describe.
I didn’t think I was going to care about the wash out and hot towel. Could still do without the towel, but the washout was greatly appreciated. It was nice to not have prickly bits of hair in my collar.

The products and services are fine, the mvp is a nice experience. But the stylists really make it. Especially Hannah. Absolutely outstanding stylist and a really cool person. She's saved me from looking a wreck for several events. Every time is better than the last. Really exceptional.
