Really, what I love about SportClips is THERESA at the Okemos location who gives me a reliably good haircut and who is enjoyable to talk to. Theresa is why I keep coming back! The MVP treatment extras are nice too, but mainly I love having a person who gets my haircut right every single time.

For me it is the location and the ability to walk in on the spur of the moment. Even if they are busy, we work out a more convenient time for everyone.
Lastly & most importantly, they all have listened to me on how I want my haircut/trimmed and they even keep notes.

I always feel like a “VIP” when I am in the shop. I am always welcomed when I arrive, and multiple members of the team will check in with me to be sure I am comfortable and have anything I might need. There is always a cold beverage waiting for me! ;)

I’ve never had a poor hair cut . Stylist recognize if clients like to talk or just think. Always friendly and finish in a timely manner. I don’t use any product at this time!
