The Professionals on staff were quick and polite. Kept up light conversation while keeping me in the loop as to how I wanted my hair cut. The adjustable height in the shampoo was unexpected but a definite plus. The hair cut Pro young lady never snagged or pulled my hair in the least. And, at the time, I hadn't had a cut in quite a while, so she was dealing with a lot of hair.
I walked out with a very nice cut and it's very likely I will go back from now on.
