I was very pleased with the two gentlemen who cleaned my carpets on 8/21/23 (Jackson and Will). Both men were friendly and informative, letting me know one of the rooms would need to receive treatment again to completely get rid of the dog smell that renters left behind. Got my carpet clean and didn’t smell like chemicals

The men were professional and cleaned in a professional and timely manner.

They were fast, friendly, courteous and professional. Did a great job cleaning up my puppies mess.

Our carpets were thoroughly cleaned and looked great when our rep finished. He was not pushy at all and actually asked if our carpets were new (they are at least 8 yrs old). He was very friendly and made us aware of any areas that wouldn’t get 100% clean up-front. Service was quick and great! He worked with our schedule to find a time within the service window that would work for us.

Jackson did a great job & he text us when he was a few minutes from our home.
