(I thought I'd let you know of my disappointment with the service fee. I it seems to me the main benefit is the 30-day guaranty, and I don't think a customer should have to pay for a company's short-term promise of good workmanship. This isn't a big deal at all, but I thought I'd let you know my thoughts on this.)

The Zero Rez technician was very professional. He kept me informed of time frame of his arrival. He cleaned what was scheduled to and respected my home, being careful not to scuff walls. The scent of the cleaner was mild, but clean and the carpets felt great after the job was completed and carpets were dry.

Did a great job. Tech was very friendly and courteous. One thing was when he left he pulled the hoses back to the van and left blue marks on the cement front step and sidewalks. I'm glad I noticed it right away so I could go out and scrub it off. If that would have been tracked into the off white carpet I would have been very unhappy.
