Jackson of Zerorez did an awesome job cleaning our carpets with the no-harsh chemicals of Zerorez. He was so professional and respectful of us and our home. He takes his job seriously and exceeded our expectations. With my allergies, I was a little concerned that there may be a residual odor from the process. There was NO odor! Our carpets not only look clean they have a "refreshed" look to these older carpets. I highly recommend Zerorez and will utilize this company again in the future.

I was very pleased with the customer service that I received. I called Zerorez to come out to take care of a pet stain on my carpet. The stain was a tough one and didn't come out on their first visit. They were very responsive and willing to come out and try to get it out a 2nd time. Ben was the tech who came both times, and he was outstanding. Ben was very respectful and a hard worker! He wanted to make me happy and did everything he could to get the stain out. After a 2nd visit, the stain looks so much better.
While Ben was there, I asked him about cleaning our couch. He was able to complete the service on the same day, and WHAT a difference it made! Our couch looks so great and feels so clean and refreshed! I was hesitant to spend the money on the service, but it was so worth it! I am really happy that I got it done!
