He removed existing stains, and even was able to transform a spot that showed wear and tear and make it look like new. There process is clean and there is no smell or offensive odors. Zerorez did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets and rug that get a lot of traffic from our kids and pets. They got out stains and our carpets look and feel brand new! The service itself was pretty quick and with fans on it didn’t take long for them to dry. There were no chemical smells after they left. It looks and feels so clean!
