Teddi is the person who took my call and she was very helpful and explained everything to me so easily. She was very accommodating by getting an earlier date for me than I was scheduled. Too very kind and polite gentlemen Arrived on time with a 30 minute notice. I’m sorry I forget their names. They were amazing and thorough. I honestly didn’t think my carpet had any. Hope these two guys did a fabulous job. I will be calling them back next time I need services very satisfied customer.
