I’ve been using zerorez for many years. I’ve only had two cleanings that were not done well. Our most recent one left streaks of discoloration in my carpet.
They’re coming out to reservice next week. I’m sure it’ll be resolved.
So when I tell friends and family about zerorez, I tell them how great they are and also have sometimes not so great

The associates are very nice both on the phone and in person. Scheduling is quick and easy. They’ve cleaned my carpets well each time I’ve hired them

Representative of your company, Kam, was outstanding. He made sure I fully understood what would be done. He then did the cleaning with professionalism and skill. It was he who made the experience so good. Carpet is dry and looks good today!

Elton is very professional and very charismatic. We had an issue with the carpets getting nappy and he came back with a smile on his face and ran the appropriate machine over it and my 9 year old carpets look great.

You can look around at all the companies that provide these services, but you're wasting your time ... the thing I like most about these guys is there is absolutely no residual on my carpet ...

Amazing service, very friendly people. Great price!

Technician was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave 9 instead of 10 was pricing. While I appreciate the tedious work and the fact I did add a few items to the upholstery cleaning, the overall price was a bit too expensive for me to continue the service at minimum twice a year as recommended.
