I was impressed with my carpets after they were cleaned, so this time I had the grout cleaned in my bathroom. I saved a lot of time, not having to clean and scrub them myself and the price was very reasonable.

I loved the completed product however, the sales person on the phone, I don't think accurately explained the pricing and how it works and did not ask who recommended Zero rez. So I was a little shocked when I was told what the final bill was. However, the service tech was awesome.

The customer service is great from the call to book the appointment to the carpet cleaner completing the cleaning of the carpets. I am very happy with how thoroughly they clean the carpets and how environmentally friendly they are by not using chemicals.
