It cleaned a very dirty carpet. Carter was very professional. He explained each step and got right to work and did a fantastic job. 10 for him also.

Wes was able to get a 7 year old red Kool Aid stain off of the carpet in my son's bedroom. I was very skeptical at first that he would be able to remove this stain, but completely amazed after he was finished! My tile and grout looks as new as when we moved in 13 years ago too! I am planning on Zerorez coming back to clean the rest of our carpets!

The service technician who came out to our home was extremely professional and friendly. Our carpets and grout look great but we would use Zerorez again strictly based on the customer service we received. I am so sorry I do not remember the young man's name because he deserves much appreciation and credit as a fantastic employee.

I have used MANY different service providers in our new home over the last year and some of the individuals that have been in my home not only have been unprofessional but some made me feel downright uncomfortable being left unattended. These individuals work for some of the best known companies in town & are places that I would at least expect a little bit of professionalism from.

The service was outstanding.The person (David Stewart) I hope this is the correct spelling and I sincerely apologize if the spelling is incorrect. Zerorez should be very happy to have such a wonderful employee. We talked during his labor of the process. He never once stood idle during the whole process of his labor.I had six sometimes eight men under my supervision when I was a pressman during my printing career.I would have been proud to have had David as a part of my crew.It would make me very happy if Zerorez would share this message with him.I'm new at the computer so I hope Zeroez finds this message ok.This my 1st attempt for a feedback message.jim

Effective cleaning and friendly staff.

great service, your technician wear shoe covers and actually removed them when he had to go outside and the then return. It was quick, efficient, no smell, dried fast. Out carpet was in a terrible shape because we have dogs and looked better than expected when your technician left. Thanks.

Technicians (Sean and Carter) were awesome. Very pleased with the service as well as the end result.

I had 3 synthetic wall-to-wall rugs cleaned and one wool Chinese Oriental area rug. The synthetics came out great and better than the normal steam cleaning. The Oriental ended up with two dark areas after it dried. Another technician showed up the next day to improve those spots. Both technicians were on time, very polite, and really seemed to like what they were doing. I will be using Zerorez again.

I like that the products are natural and completely pet friendly. Also, the technician was a pleasure to work with!
