Kevin was amazing. He explained the process and inquired if I had any citrus allergies before he began. He explained the cost and about putting on the protectant and that charge as well. Very well mannered and efficient. He made sure I was satisfied before he loaded his equipment. He always wore shoe covers to protect the floors. My carpets look fantastic and smell so clean. Kevin took time to make sure I knew how long I needed to wait to replace some light furniture back in place. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

My husband and I inherited a light beige carpet, two active grandchildren with many neighborhood friends, a Golden Retriever, a Scottish Terrier and huge spots and stains on the wall to wall carpeting, when we moved into our daughter's home. Our apartment was beautiful but the rugs were a disaster. Zero Res took all the stains out! Jesse our Tech was incredible and very knowledgeable. Can't sing the praises of Zero Res enough. First, we really enjoyed Jordan coming over and cleaning our carpets. He did a magnificent job!

Second, Jordan was a very fine man, a hard worker and very courteous. We had a very expensive carpet rolled up so that he could clean the carpet under the rug. He noticed it was a very expensive carpet and he inquired if we wanted it cleaned. He explained all about the process and how it would look after being cleaned. And he was correct. The colors are very vibrant and it looks beautiful. A perfect job!

Everything seems easy and each of the different technicians that have come to my rental properties have always been courteous and respectful. I have not felt as though they are trying to sell anything. They have always seemed to try and help recognize other things that may need help later.

I have used Zerorez about 8 times at 2 different properties.

They did a great job with our carpets and they look better than they have in years. I was surprised by how quickly the gentleman was able to work and get seven rooms and a hallway completed. I have used them once in the past and will definitely use again.

The technician was very thorough in his explanation of services and loved the results.

Jason was willing to help me slide some things out of his way. He gave me options about the furniture in the room - whether to move it or put styrofoam underneath it. He was professional. He went out of his way to explain exactly what he would be doing, how long the drying time was, what I could do to shorten the dry time. He asked me several times if I had any questions. He told me to let him know, interrupt him, if I came up with questions while he was cleaning any of the rooms. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the service, wanted to answer any questions, and make sure I was satisfied with the end result (which I was). I've already recommended Zerorez to a friend of mine.

There were several calls and confirmations to insure the appointment was set and the time was good for us. The service tech notified me 30 minutes prior to his arrival and he arrived within the time window. He was friendly throughout the process and even stopped to chat after he was done. The cleaning only took about 40 minutes. Everything I expected and then some.
