My carpet looks brand new. The technician was not in a rush to clean my carpet but rather to do a thorough job. I will say again my carpet looks outstanding. It looks great and all odors are gone. Give the technician a raise. Next time I need my carpet cleaned I'll call Zerorez!!!
Carpets came clean
I especially appreciated the professionalism of Chris, your employee. He was on time, he was confident in telling us he would make our floors look better. When he finished, my wife remarked "our kitchen floors have never looked this good." He was friendly and spent exactly the right amount of time for the job. When we have this done again, I'd love to have him. I think he deserves a raise!
