Your guy called 30 minutes before his on time arrival. I had the rugs laid out on the driveway, he pulled up next to them and had them cleaned in short order. Very pleased with the cleaning and mostly impressed with your young man. He was informative, efficient and personable. You are lucky to have such an employee these days.
The following day I heard an advertisement on the radio. It stated an August special for two rooms and a hallway for $129.00. I was charged $166.69 for 2) 3'x5' and 1) 8'x10'. Would like to hear back from you why I wasn't eligible for the special.

I am amazed at how quickly my carpets went from "spotted" to "like new." The cost of the service was also a happy discovery. I have had many carpet cleaners in my homes over 61 years. The 2 technicians who have come to my home were such good representations of the quality of the work. The only thing I will want to express to future visits to my home is to be sure to treat the wall-edges of the carpets. Still, our most recent treatment turned a horribly "stained" carpet into a nearly perfect result, so I would have to comfortably suggest youyr service to my friends and family.

Carpets come clean with no chemical residue. Friendly technicians. Don't really try to sell you on anything you don't need.
